For those of you who don’t like wearing colourful and eccentric outfits, I suggest a plain white t-shirt and a pair of jeans. In fact, you already know that this is a good choice, but spring is here and summer is just around the corner, both demanding fresh and lively shades!
There are many ways to make your outfit brighter without having to wear colorful clothes. Start by wearing a colorful necklace, scarf and as much accessories as you can.
You can also paint your nails in a spring nail polish colour, such as pastel pink or lilac, or even match them with your necklace to give a cheerful, yet consistent, touch on your look.
I have always liked casual outfits. Today I wore a salopette with a stripped blouse. A salopette is an interesting choice when you want to wear something different than a simple pair of jeans. You can also wear a navy blouse, instead of a monochrome one and a pair of colourful stud earrings to give a playful touch on your outfit.

One of the most fashionable items you can have in your wardrobe this spring is the pleated skirt. Midi, mini or maxi, pleated, chiffon or jersey, you name it, it’s the time to put it on girls!
Maxi skirts can be very convenient as they cover flaws and at the same time look elegant and kind of ethereal.
As the weather gets warm and sunny, it’s a great opportunity to put away all the dark colored clothes and get creative with bright colors, like the ones I used in this collage. For example, you can match an orange skirt with an electric colored t-shirt, or a purple skirt with a neon pink t-shirt. By mixing two different vivid colors in your outfit, you can achieve an eccentric, playful look.

When it comes to shoes, I always try to have some pairs that can match the better part of my outfits. Neutral colors like brown, grey or beige, can easily be combined with any vivid color. So, what I usually do is experiment on the color of the clothes, and not so much on the shoes. Also, if you don’t want to wear a long skirt with high heels, like in this photo, sandals are an equally great choice!
Now, I will repeat myself, but I can’t stress that enough! Never, ever forget the accessories, the essence of any fabulous outfit! So last, but certainly not least, a clutch (also in a neutral color) would be the perfect item to complete this look!

On Thursday evening, I was invited to a friend’s birthday party. I didn’t have a clue what was the place we were about to go to, so I chose to wear jeans and a t-shirt which I believe you can wear at any place and always fit in! I matched them with a pair of high heels, a bright neon pink jacket and a pair of green long earrings. As I’ve said before, jeans and t-shirts are always an easy choice and you can wear them on every occasion. Accessories and shoes can define whether the outfit will be casual, formal, rock or sexy. You can play with several combinations and always be in style!

A black high wasted skirt is a really chic choice. Pick a neutral or a comfy t-shirt and some high heels and you can wear this outfit at the office, for a drink or on a date. It’s what I call sexy and sophisticated at the same time!

These photos were taken in Livadeia, a town near my “homevillage”, where I go on Easter vacation since my early childhood. Every year on Easter Sunday, I feel like the spring has finally arrived, and I really like to get dressed in colourful clothes. A colourful outfit can totally change my whole mood.
